Notice of change of legal form

With effect from June 1, 2011 HESTEGO Ltd. changed its legal form to HESTEGO Inc.

By converting to joint-stock company we would like to demonstrate to our customers our growth and a bigger guarantee in business with us.

Another impuls is to gain new customers, especially abroad, where the status of a limited liability company is a major obstacle to the development of trade relations.

We believe that this change will improve mutual business relations.
